Menu Plan Monday


Last week we tried out a Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf and it was so yummy! We used sweet bbq sauce instead of the hot sauce and it turned out perfect. Plus a little bit healthier than your traditional meatloaf! Head on over to orgjunkie.com for more great Menu Plans!

Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Grapes
Lunch: Baked Potato and Mac'N'Cheese for the kids
Dinner: Southwestern Black Bean Pasta , Paula Dean Peach Cobbler

Snacks:
Homemade Graham Crackers
Watermelon

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Single Lady Pancake and pineapple
Lunch: Quinoa Taco Salad
Dinner: Chicken on the Grill, Basil Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana French Toast
Lunch: Egg Sandwiches with Peas and Watermelon
Dinner: Crock Pot Chili Pork Chops Cauliflower Lettuce Salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Spinach and Egg Omelets
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Homemade Buns, Corn on the Cob Applesauce Cake,

Friday:
Breakfast: Berry Baked Oatmeal
Lunch: Fruit Salad and Grilled Cheese
Dinner: Wedding Reception

Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes, Eggs, and Fruit
Lunch: Chuck o Rama with Family
Dinner: Rice Stir Fry
