Menu Plan Monday

It is a fruit and veggies centered week! I get a beautiful basket overflowing from each week for only $15. When you add everything up it is easily worth $35. And the quality is yummy! I am also trying to lose some weight so there may be a fun meatless meals and healthy substitutions. For example, we love quinoa and it is so filling!

Whole Wheat Waffles with Peanut Butter and Blackberries
Oatmeal and Apples

Chicken Quesadillas

1. Swiss Chard and Tomato Fritatta
2. Cream of Celery Soup with a Green Salad and Blackberry Cobbler or
3. Ham Spinach and Cheddar Panini with cooked carrots and a salad
4. Quinoa Chard Pilaf and Montreal Seasoned Chicken
5. Cajun Rice Dish
6. Homemade Buns with Hamburgers and Golden Apple Potato Salad
7. Quinoa Spinach Bake

Ham and Apple Wraps with Dip
Peanut Butter Apple Dip
