
I went to a FANTASTIC Power of Moms Retreat up in Park City this weekend. I learned a ton about organizing, planning, and just being a better mom. So much to implement in our home. One of the gals in my discussion book is the creator of Healthy Mom's Kitchen. I've found several yummy recipes that I want to try this week. The site stressed low glycemic eating. I'm excited to learn more about it.
