Menu Plan Monday

This weekend we stopped at the Big Red Barn in Santaquin that we've heard great things about over the years. We sampled the fruit salsa, jams, chocolate covered fruit, apples, ice cream, and cidar. Our favorite was the cidar and we'll have to go back with a cooler it was so good! They also had farm fresh eggs for only $3.50 a dozen.

We bought a fantastic cherry jalapeno salsa and several of the jams. Next time I want to get the apple butter. Seriously, it was divine! We'll definitely go back as more fruits and veggies come in season.
